Two Sides is part of the series The Lost Choice, a body of work that reflects on moments when choice feels taken, postponed, or sacrificed.
The print depicts two women walking in opposite directions, yet bound within the same space. Their bodies mirror and echo one another, suggesting duality within a single identity — the self divided between desire and duty, instinct and expectation, courage and fear. The stark contrast of black and white intensifies this tension, emphasizing the inevitability of divergence.
The night-like background evokes uncertainty and introspection, while the shared ground beneath their feet suggests that, despite separation, both paths belong to the same life.

Проект «Утраченный выбор» посвящён ситуациям, в которых выбор формально существует, но фактически невозможен. Это исследование женского опыта жизни в условиях давления обстоятельств, социальных ролей и ответственности, когда решения принимаются не из свободы, а из необходимости.
Работы проекта обращаются к уже свершившемуся прошлому — как к завершённой, но не стёртой травме. Центральная тема — момент внутреннего разворота: выход из тяжёлого опыта, рост из него, формирование новой опоры и дистанции по отношению к тому, что изменить невозможно. Проект говорит не о застревании в боли, а о взрослении и трансформации, которые происходят вопреки отсутствию выбора.
